Dresden, September 6. On the 25th day of August last, was
celebrated the anniversary commencement at Dartmouth
College--The exercises that were exhibited on that occasion,
were three English and one Latin oration; two syllogistic
and two forensic disputes; four dialogues and two anthems.--
The performances were conducted with decency, beauty and
propriety--and the occasion honored by a respectable
