London, November 14. . . [115 lines]  The Americans are
remarkably carrassed in the most open manner by all the
French inhabitants in the West-Indies.  The encouragement
they receive is incredible. They even beat up for
volunteers, sailors, for the American service, in Martinico
at noon-day, with fife and drum. Of this I myself have been
an eye-witness.
