New-York. April 2. On Monday last 45 and 92 ladies (making
137) met at the house of Mr. Arthur McNeil, at the head of
Chapel Street, from whence they went in regular procession
to the new goal, to visit Mr. McDougall.  Two chambers were
prepared for their reception, where they were entertained
with tea and cakes; and after that they sung a number of
patriotic songs, then took their leave of him. . . [7 more
