New-York, April 17.  In the Philadelphia papers we find,
that on Monday last, a number of gentleman met at Mr. Byrn's
Tavern, in commemoration of the brave Corsican General
Paschal Paoli's birth day, when 44 toasts were given at
dinner; and in the evening the bells were set a ringing.
