Notwithstanding all Mr. Rivington and his brethren have sung
and said, printed and lied, about the total defeat of the
French fleet in the West-Indies, we have good authority to
assert, that the combined fleets in those seas do now amount
to 45 or 46 sail of the lines, fit for service; . . .
