Worcester, November 8.  On Tuesday evening arrived in this
town a further confirmation, with some of the articles of
capitulation (as published under the Hartford head) of the
surrender of Lieut. General Earl Cornwallis. . . [6 lines]
In consequence of this glorious intelligence, yesterday
morning was ushered in by ringing of bells, discharging of
