New-York, July 7.  On Wednesday a Polacre arrived here from
the Havanna, with a part of the garrison of Pensicola, which
was surrendered on the 10th of May, to Don Galvez, the
Spanish General, after being nine weeks invested; . . . [8
lines]  They marched out with all honours of war, viz,
shouldered firelocks, drums beating, colours flying, with
two field-pieces and six rounds to each. . .
