The following being a particular and just account of the
behaviour of the British savages upon their late visit at
Bedford . . . [column narrative of vicious attack on
Bedford, Massachusetts.  Near the end:]  The next day being
Sabbath, "they spread themselves abroad on the earth, eating
and drinking and dancing because of the great spoil they had
taken," . . . the next day they burnt a dwelling house and a
vessel on the stocks. . .
