Norwich, April 30. On Friday the 25th inst. was celebrated
by the inhabitants of this town, the glorious event of
Peace.

And last evening, in commemoration of the same auspicious
event, a splendid Ball was provided, particularly by Thomas
Mumford, Esq; for the principal young ladies and gentlemen
in town and landing; the whole conducted with that
regularity which did honour to the party.
