More especially Magistrates, Ministers of the Gospel, and
Legislators.  (Continued from our last.)
Let me next direct your attention to the morals of your
people.

Let me direct you then to encrease the legal penalty already
established, for licenced persons selling their liquors,
without order to children and servants; but especially for
innholders suffering minors and servants to drink and tipple
in their houses, or to dance and revel there on any
occasion.
