London, September 14. Extract of a letter from Neustadt,
Sept. 4. Yesterday noon the King of Prussia arrived here,
and alighted from his coach before he came to the Head
Quarters, where his Imperial Majesty waited to receive him.
The inhabitants of this city were extremely affected at the
meeting of these two great monarchs, insomuch that when they
went together to the quarters allotted for the King of
Prussia, most of the people kneeled down as they passed
along. In the evening there was a grand opera. The grand
manoeuvers will begin this day.
