London, April 20.  The following is an account sent by Major
Adams, in a letter dated at the Camp before Mongheer, the
5th of October, 1763, th the late Earl of Egremont, of the
late military transactions in those parts. . . [4 columns of
military operations]
Return of the killed and wounded of the Army under the
command of Major Thomas Adams, in the Kingdom of Bengal,
from the 12th July, to the 5th September, 1763.

Total killed and wounded of the Mogul's Cavalry, 4 Private
killed, 1 Commandant, 1 Tomtom, 8 Private wounded, 9 horses
killed and 5 wounded.
Total of Seapoys killed, wounded and missing.
1 Capt. 2 Lieuts. 1 Ensign, 3 Subadars, 4 Jemadars, 16
Havildars, 3 Tomtoms, and Trumpeters, 133 Naicks and Seapoys
Killed.  1 Capt. 1 Lieut. 1 Ensign, 1 Subadar, 5 Jemadars,
18 Havildars, 7 Tomtoms, and Trumpeters, 1 Coulerman, 250
Naicks and Seapoys wounded.  9 Naicks and Seapoys missing.
