Chester, Octo. 11.  On Saturday, September 24, the Lively, a
considerable Dublin trader, capt: Williams, master, sailed
from Park-Gate for Ireland, with 140 passengers, mostly
officers of the army, gentlemen & ladies, particularly the
amiable Miss Catley, who had been engaged for one of the
