New Haven, March 31.  The General Assembly of this colony
have ordered four regiments, to contain three thousand six
hundred men. . .  [16 lines listing regimental officers and
describing requirements and wages]  And that the waves for
this service, as stated by the assembly per month,
accounting 28 days to a month are for a serjeant-major 2 l
10s. for a serjeant, a clerk, and a drum major, each 2 l.
for a drummer and corporal, each 1 l 8s. and for a private
soldier 1 l 16s. . . [5 lines describing allotment of
