London.  Oct 20.  This morning, about eight o'clock, a great
number of the freeholders of Middlesex, pursuant to an
advertisement, met John Wilkes, and John Glynn, Esquires,
from whence a cavalcade soon after set out for Brentford in
the following order:
Two flags with French horns, and upwards of one hundred
freeholders on horseback, preceded the lord mayor's coach,
in which were the candidates and his lordship, drawn by six
horses. . . [57 lines] [signed] John Wilkes, John Glynn.
