London, July 16.  Wednesday being the first of July, was
paid down at Mrs Rich's house in the Great Piazza, Covent-
Garden, the sum of sixty thousand pounds for the purchase of
the Theatre Royal in Covent Garden; and at the same time
were executed the deeds of conveyance of the patents,
theatre, scenes, cloaths, &c. to Messrs. Colman, Harres,
Rutherford, and Powell.
