New-York, Aug. 21.  We hear that after the examination of a
great number of witnesses, respecting the late disturbances
between some of the citizens, and a party of soldiers, the
corporal and drum-major of the regiment, who appears to be
the chief authors of the disturbances, were bound over to
the quarter session, as also a lieutenant.  [10 lines
speculating on a conclusion to the disturbance.]
