For the benefit of Mr. Asby, on Friday the 20th of April,
will be performed at Concert-Hall, a grand concert of vocal
and instrumental music, to which will be added, by
particular desire,  a cantata, called Cymon and Iphigenia,
by Mr. Asby.--Tickets (at half-a-dollar each) to be had at
the printers, Messirs. Cox & Berry's, opposite the post-
office, Mr. Sharwin, saddler in King-Street, and of Mr. Asby
in King-Street.  N.B.  To begin at 7 o'clock p.m.  N.B. The
above concert was to have been on Friday evening, but was
postponed on account of the weather.  Tickets for the 6th
will be received for the 20th.
