London, March 6, 1752.  Yesterday his Grace the Duke of
Marlborough, President, and the suit of the Governors of the
small-pox hospital, went to St. Andrew's Church in Holborn .
. . Isaac Lord Bishop of Worcester . . . remarked how
needful it was to enlarge the present hospitals . . .  There
was a band of vocal and instrumental music by the first
performers to accompany the service at Church, which was
filled with nobility and gentry, and were a handsome
collection was made . . .
