Petersburgh, Aug. 31.  The Court has published this day a
detail of the glorious victory gained by Count Romanzow on
the first of this month over the Grand Vizer.  This
relations is very full, containing 19 pages in quarto--It
appears that the Turks in the battle lost 40,000 men,
without reckoning 2000 prisoners, . . .  The booty taken on
the field of battle, and at Ismail, consists of 53 pair of
colours, two horse-tails, two standards, four pair of kettle
drums, 203 pieces of heavy cannon. . .
