Boston, . . . Friday last, the 18th of March, being the
anniversary of the Repeal of the Stamp-Act, the tops of a
number of houses and stores, as also the vessels at the
wharves and in the harbour, were decorated with colours;
some pieces of cannon on trucks, preceded by a drum, and
attended by a concourse of people, went through the town,
and fired in most of the capital streets. . .
