This day being the birth-day of the Prince of Wales, and the
anniversary of the accession of the house of Hanover, and
also of the surrender of the Havanna, which was the
immediate means of bringing about the peace; the guns at the
Castle will be fired, and in the evening his Excellency will
give a ball at Concert-Hall, to which we hear near 300
gentlemen and ladies are invited.
