Genoa, July 20.  Since the enemy has left our walls, we have
not been able to express our joy for our deliverance.  The
bells have rung from morning till night every day since, and
at intervals the cannon fire, as indications of rejoicing. 
Provisions have been very plentiful in the town since the
departure of the English men of war, besides which are to be
commanded by M. Biffy who is to supply the place of the Duke
of Bouffiers. . .
