London. March 31.  It is said that a duty of six pence will
be laid on all play house tickets, and that no person will
be admitted to go to any part of a theatre without one, and
they are likewise to be stamped:  And it is likewise said,
that a particular duty will be laid on all places of public
resort, such as Ranleagh, Vauxhall, Ruckholt, Cuper's
Gardens, concerts, &c.
