We hear from Lancaster [Mass.], that sometime since, the
nuptials of a very loving couple were celebrated there; the
gentleman being aged but 83, and the lady 49: A numerous
company attended the joyful occasion: the diversions were
various, but the chief were musick, and dancing: The happy
couple aforesaid, led up the first dance with as sprightly
an air as they did at twenty one; which shews the great
advantage of a plain way of living, while many who live
after a luxuriant manner, are of puny constitutions, and
their days contracted.
