Dublin, May 8. On Thursday last the masons and other
workmen employ'd in building St. Warbrough's steeple,
finished the taking down the scaffolding, and upon that
occasion a flag was display'd from the top of the steeple,
where was a band of musick by the appointment of the leading
men of the parish, who continued to divert the inhabitants
the better part of the day with several entertainment
provided for them at the Yellow Lyon in the said street,
where they continued till near 12 o'clock. The cause of
this uncommon method of rejoycing was, by reason not one man
received any personal hurt in carrying on this piece of
building, which is allow'd by all to vie, if not to excel
that of St. Mary le Bow, London.
