London, November, 24.  They write from Lyn Regis in Norfolk,
that great rejoycings were made in that Corporation by
ringing of bells, &c. on account of Alderman Goodwin's, an
eminent surgeon there, having the 20000 l prize lately drawn
in the state lottery, he being a gentleman well, belov'd,
and zealously affected to the present government.
