Cambray, (a large city in the Low Countries,) Feb. 1.  On
the 26th past, the day appointed for opening the congress
here at the town house, the ministers went thither, each
with two coaches and a pair of horses, two pages four
gentlemen, and eight footmen.  Some companies of foot and a
troop of horse were under arms in the great square before
the town house, the drums beating and trumpets sounding at
the approach of every ambassadour.
