Vienna, May 29.  There's extraordinary joy at court on the
conclusion of the War in Sicily, for which they own their
high obligations to the King of Great Britain. . . [4 lines]
By a courier from the Count de Virmond, the court has
received the particular account of the audiences of that
minister, and his departure from Constantinople, which was
attended with greater solemnities than ever.  The ambassador
having taken his audience of the Grand Seignior, was
splendidly entertained at dinner the 10th of April by the
Great Vizier, who presented him with . . .
. . . [11 lines]  The 12th his excellency was entertained in
the arsenal by the Captain Pascia or Great Admiral, who
presented him with two German slaves, and two fine guns made
the Turkish way.  The ambassador having taken his leave of
the other chief officers of the porte, and of the Christian
ministers residing there, set out to return hither on the
27th of April with his numerous retinue, trumpets sounding,
drums beating and colours flying marching from Pera, through
Constantinople, to the suburb of Ejad, amidst a prodigious
crowd of spectators. . . [22 lines]
