Petersburg, Sept. 12.  The Czar is returned hither in good
health.  The men of war are gone to Raval, and the gallies
are arrived in this harbour.  His Czarish Majesty has been
attended hither by Admiral Apraxin, Count Golofkin, Baron
Schafiroff, and General Rutterlin.  This day Te Deum was
sung, and the artillery discharged [5 words] success of our
undertakings in Sweden; . . . [16 lines]
