From the Camp at St.Sebastian August 20, 1719.  The
capitulation for the castle of St.Sebastian was as follows: 
Articles proposed by the Governour Don Alexandro de la
Motte, Brigadier, Captain of the Walloon Guards, Aug.17.  I. 
That the garrison march out with their arms, colours flying,
drums beating, all their baggage, and four pieces of cannon
with 20 charges for each, as also with 20 charges each
soldier of the garrison, and bread or biscuit for 3 days to
be taken out the magazine.  All granted, except that there
should be but two field-pieces. . . [3/4 of col.]
