Hague, June 14.  On Saturday his excellency the Earl of
Cadogan, Ambassador Extraordinary of Great Britain, had his
publick audience of the states general, to which he was
conducted . . .  [2 lines]  When his excellency came into
the court, he found the guards under arms, drums beating,
&c.  and after having been introduced into the room where
the states general were assembled, he sat himself in an
elbow chair over against Monsieur de Noordwick, President of
the assembly, and made the following speech [1/3d col.]
