Dublin, Novemb 2.  Wednesday last being the anniversary of
the birth of his Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, the day
was ushered in with ringing of bells; the great guns at the
barracks were fired three times, with as many discharges of
the small arms.  In the evening there was a great ball at
the castle, and the night concluded with bonfires,
illuminations, and all other demonstrations of joy.
