Naples, Nov. 7.  On Saturday was celebrated the Festival of
St. Charles, whose name the emperor bears.  A Chappel Royal
was held, in which Te Deum was sung while the artillery of
the castles were fired; and in the afternoon a great
machine, erected before the palace, and fill'd with eatables
and refreshment, together with two fountains running with
wine, were abandon'd to the populace to scramble for. . .
