Brussels, Octob. 24  N.S.  On the 12th instant, in the
evening, his Catholic Majesty Charles the Third, King of
Spain was unanimously chosen King of the Romans, and
Emperor, by the Electoral College at Frankfort, for which Te
Deum has been sung here, as well as in the rest of the towns
of this country under a general discharge of the artillery,
which was attended, with other publick demonstrations of
joy.
