Hague, January 16. N.S.  The trumpets have been sounded, and
the drums beat here, by order of the states, on account of
the battle fought in Spain, which is looked upon to be very
glorious on the part of Count Starembergh, and the forces of
the allies, considering the great superiority of the enemy:
