Commonwealth of Massachusetts Suffolk ss.
Notice is hereby given, that the attorney-general hath
exhibited to the Justices of the Inferior Court of Common
Pleas for the county of Suffolk, on the second Tuesday of
July last, complaints against the following persons for
treasons and high crimes, agreeably to the law of the state,
intitled "An act for confiscating the estates of certain
persons commonly called absentees," therein alledging their
respective estates lying in the county of Suffolk, hereafter
described, to be so seized and eschated to the use of the
Commonwealth aforesaid, viz. . .
Also, Against David Propert, late of said Boston, gentleman,
his estate, viz. one piece of land southerly on
Beech-Street, in said Boston, with its appurtenances; also,
another piece of land bounded northerly on said
Beech-Street, and its appurtenances; also a messuage and
land in said Boston, bounded southerly on Back-Street,
westerly on the mill-pond, and its appurtenances,. . .
