The New Baptist Meeting-House in this town being finished,
was opened yesterday. We hear that the exercises of the day
were introduced by singing an anthem taken out of the 122d
Psalm. A suitable discourse was preached by the Rev. Mr.
Stillman, from Ezra 5.11. We are the servants of the God of
heaven and earth, and build the house that was builded these
many years ago.---The solemnity was then concluded with a
second anthem well adapted to the occasion. The singing was
perform'd incomparably well by a select company, which gave
great satisfaction to a crowded audience.
