Magdebourgh, Dec. 26.  A courier preceeded by many
postilions blowing their horns, has arrived here from the
King's army in Silesia, and has brought the Queen the
agreeable news of the reduction of the city of Breslau,
which surrendered to the Prussians on the 19th of this
month, and that the numerous garrison, which the Austrians
had placed in it, has obtained by captiulation not other
condition, than that of being prisoners of war.  This
courier has brought the following circumstances of this
event.
