Extract of a private letter from Berlin, dated Dec. 10.  We
are to-morrow, in consequence of a royal order, to sing Te
Deum here, for the most signal and most compleat victory
that has been gained by our most illustrious monarch, of
which we had an indistinct account by a courier who arrive
on the 8th, a little before ten at night."
