New-York, Octob. 1. . .  The soldier (who killed the Indian
by an accidental blow with a stick) was tryed and acquitted: 
And three soldiers were whipped, and one of them drum'd out
of the Company for mutiny or some misdemeanors.  The account
we had of their receiving sentence of death was a
misinformation.
