London, Sept. 7. . . Last Saturday morning a private
centinel of the foot guards, was whipt on the parade in St.
James's Park, as he had been the two preceding guard days,
pursuant to his sentence at a court martial, for going to
publick houses and cheating them of the reckonings, and
divers other crimes:  He was afterwards drumm'd out of the
