On Thursday the 21st instant precisely at 3 a clock in the
afternoon at the house where Col. Chearnley now dwells, will
be sold by publick vendue, a likely Negro woman, a sedan,
harness of one horse [?one] spinnet, two large glasses, a
swinging-glass, an easy chair, 6 elbow chaires, 6 stools, 2
standing beds, sundry pieces of silk peelongs & brocades, a
small still a warmingpan, 4 coverleds, and sundry other
things.
