London, Nov. 24. . . They write from Lym-Regis in Norfolk
that great rejoycings were made in that corporation by
ringing of bells &c. on account of Alderman Goodwin's, an
eminent surgeon there, having the 20000 l. prize lately
drawn in the State lottery, he being a gentleman well
belov'd, and zealously affected to the present government.
