Fontainbleau, Sept.7. N.S.  On the 4th instant the King met
the Queen on this side of Montereau, accompanied her to
Moret, and then returned hither.  The 5th about eight a
clock in the morning, the Queen arrived here from Moret, and
entering her apartment remained there till one, to rest
herself, and to prepare to go to Chapel with all the pomp
suitable to the occasion.  The musick and heralds began the
procession from the King's apartment through Francis the
First's Gallery to the Chapel:. . .  [10 lines]  The Queen
having a small crown on her head, advanced slowly under the
weight of her royal garments,. . .  [4 lines]  The Cardinal
de Rohan performed the ceremony of giving the Nuptial
Benediction, with an exhortation to their most Christian
Majesties.  The royal couple dined afterwards in publick,
the Princesses of the blood being admitted at the table.  In
the evening their Majesties were entertained with a comedy,.
