sold by public vendue, at the New Auction Office South side
of the Town-House, viz. . .

  For private sale, at the New-Auction Office, South side of
the Town House, viz. . . [textiles, including, line 7:]
black and white catgut,. . .
  House furniture. . . [8 lines up from bottom:]  harreteen
curtais, squabs and easy chairs, a handsome spinnet,
fourpost bedsteads, feather-beds. . .
 [Pointing hand] At said Auction-Office constant attendance
is given to receive all kinds of goods for public and
private sale.
