Petersburgh, Aug.31. The court has published this day a
detail of the glorious victory gained by Count Romanzow on
the first of this month over the Grand Vizer. . . The booty
taken on the field of battle, and at Ismail, consists of 53
pair of colours, two horse-tails, two standards, four pair
of kettle drums. . .
