Leipsick, Oct. 12. Most of the houses on which the Prussian
commandant made the repartition of three hundred thousand
crowns required of this city by the King his master, having
found it impossible to furnish their contingent, they have
been forced to submit to military execution. The 10th
instant those houses were occupied by officers, attended
with drummers and soldiers, who immediately took up the best
rooms for themselves, and live there at discretion.
Yesterday the number of soldiers were doubled in some
houses.
