By [a] private letter from Parma, dated May 11, we are informed, that the people are exceedingly exisperated at the vast swarm of French lately arrived there, who have set up coffee houses, and barbers shops and hair-cutters, without number, exclusive of taylors, shoemakers, glovers, perfumers, and dancing masters, who have taken up their quarters not in the capital only, but in every town throughout the dutchy. |
