London, Nov. 5.  There are accounts . . . and that our
squadron in the Mediterranean puts it out of their power to
import any considerable quantity from Turkey, so that they
have a very melancholy prospect before them, which in spite
of all their Te Deums, for robbing their neighbours in
Flanders, inclines the nation in general to express the most
earnest desire possible, for the speedy conclusion of a
general peace.
